About This Product
Digi-Pas® PC Sync includes logging capabilities for leveling, angle, alignment, data collection, and also enables vibration measurements, and allows for remote USB cable/wireless Bluetooth connectivity from the PC to the level. It is a software version with a user-friendly interface that can be installed on. It is equipped with vibration measurement and is capable of remote 2-axis simultaneous leveling tasks, angle measurement (plane), 2D simultaneous alignment work, speed, and accuracy, which could not be achieved with conventional water bubble levelers, such as one-man operation.
■Electronic 2D 2-axis perspective (available only in Professional Edition)
This function allows you to graphically display the 2-axis angle in mm/M&in/Ft units in numerical format, and at the same time level the measurement and record it. Users can capture and save parameters in Excel format for analysis. By connecting via USB cable/wireless Bluetooth for remote connection, 2-axis simultaneous measurement function is realized. This is something that could not be done with conventional water bubble level. This function is effective in improving quality and productivity, and allows you to quickly perform tasks that you could not do alone.
■Single-axis/two-axis angle graph (available only in Professional Edition)
This feature displays aggregated values for analysis. You can display angle measurement graphs and measured values, define parameters, and save them in Excel format. Users can monitor and analyze changes/variation patterns that affect precision parts (e.g. due to seasonal temperatures & low-magnitude earthquakes) to identify long-term topographical changes, changes in machine measurement conditions, and The condition of the floor can be recorded. Part manufacturing yield reduces scrap rates in precision engineering and metrology applications.
■Vibration graph (available only in Professional Edition)
This feature allows you to monitor and record vibration patterns numerically and graphically (sampled at user-defined ≤10ms).
