About This Product

■Battery related materialsOur lineup includes ``Tab Seal,'' a hot melt adhesive film with high solvent resistance and good workability, and ``ZEF,'' a self-supporting sheet electrode without a current collector. Film products developed using our unique coating technology will contribute to improving the performance of lithium-ion batteries and creating next-generation batteries.

■Product overviewZEF is a freestanding electrode without a current collector that can be cut and pasted.ZEF is a freestanding electrode without a current collector for lithium-ion batteries and next-generation batteries. Cut it to any size and attach it to the current collector. It achieves high capacity through large area and thick coating, adhesive properties suitable for handling, and excellent battery characteristics. Furthermore, it helps customers reduce capital investment in the electrode manufacturing process (from kneading to coating, drying, and calendering).

■Product features・Self-supporting electrode (positive electrode/negative electrode) that does not have a current collector and is composed only of a composite material layer
- Calendared, ready to use by simply cutting to desired size and pasting on current collector
