About This Product

■Tab seal film

Tab Seal Film is a hot-melt adhesive film that is resistant to electrolytes and is used for tab leads in lithium-ion batteries. Product features

■Strong adhesion and long-term reliability

The tab (metal) of a lithium-ion battery can be firmly bonded to the outer bag. There is little strength deterioration even after immersion in electrolyte, and it has excellent long-term reliability.

■Both insulation and flexibility

An adhesive film that combines insulation and flexibility to reduce "through-holes" in lithium-ion battery pouches and provide high seal strength over a long period of time.

■Heat sealability

The tab (metal) and outer bag can be heat-sealed over a wide temperature range, contributing to greater freedom in process design and productivity.

■Various lineup

The thinnest one is 55μ and the thickest one is up to 200μ in the same configuration.
