About This Product

Our rotary and direct acting piston rods, shafts and tubes meet the highest quality standards thanks to our decades of know-how. Each production process, from turning, hardening, polishing, surface painting, to final polishing, is closely coordinated with each other to ensure a high-quality surface. For surface finishing, we use hard chrome plating to reduce friction and increase durability, as well as salt bath nitriding, which covers the requirements for corrosion prevention. This gives the black piston rod a very hard and smooth surface, making it less susceptible to damage from external influences. Surface roughness values ​​are precisely achieved for each product series and kept within the µm range. In addition to the classic version, SUSPA also offers complex geometries such as transverse holes, milled holes, and deep axial holes of various diameters. Take advantage of our experience from working with customers and manufacturers who buy piston rods from us to produce chassis dampers and hydraulic cylinders. Piston rods are parts of a tribology system that are coordinated with each other.
