About This Product

The N series consists of a "DDHRS microbubble generation nozzle" and a "water pump to the nozzle." Three models are available, incorporating one, three or five nozzles. These devices can generate large amounts of microbubbles by supplying water from an external pump to the microbubble generation nozzle. The amount of microbubbles generated can be selected depending on the number of nozzles. 5N is effective in large-capacity water treatment such as wastewater treatment and dissolved oxygen concentration management in fish and shellfish farms. ■Applications of the device Efficiently dissolves air, oxygen gas, carbon dioxide gas, etc. in large amounts of water from fish farms and wastewater treatment plants, preventing a drop in oxygen concentration, promoting oxidative decomposition in the wastewater treatment process, and efficiently adjusting pH. Demonstrates excellent ability in things such as transformation. The eco-Bubble®-N series is equipped with up to 5 microbubble generating nozzles in the housing. When a sufficient amount of water is pumped into this housing, each nozzle generates a double vortex flow internally, which draws air from the outside through the air tube and generates microbubbles. When the housing is placed in seawater at a depth of 1-2 m, each nozzle generates up to 4-6 L of microbubbles per minute. In reality, it is often necessary to generate even larger amounts of microbubbles. In such cases, using an air pump or small compressor to send pressurized air through air tubes to each nozzle can increase the amount of microphone bubbles generated from each nozzle up to 20 L/min. Masu. ■Caution In eco-Bubble®, the amount of microbubbles that can be generated varies greatly depending on the density and viscosity of the water. In fresh water with low density and viscosity, microbubbles can only be generated at a rate of about 2 L per minute. (Countermeasure: By sending 90% pure oxygen gas from an oxygen concentrator (PSA) to the nozzle at an aeration rate of 2 L/min, an aeration effect equivalent to that of aeration with air microbubbles at 9 L/min can be achieved. )
