About This Product
Super wool sleeve mold is a product that is manufactured by blending super wool bulk with an inorganic and a small amount of organic binder, molding it using a vacuum forming method, and drying it. It can be processed into various shapes depending on the purpose, such as flat, cylindrical, and conical shapes.
We also have high-temperature SC1600 grade products that use alumina fiber. This product is made to order, so please contact us separately.
■Features
・Excellent strength and hardness. We can also provide products with adjusted hardness as needed.
・Excellent thermal shock resistance.
・Excellent insulation properties.
・Processing such as cutting and surface grinding can be performed after molding if necessary.
- Excluded from carcinogenicity classification under EU Directive 97/69/EC.
・Not applicable to RCF regulations.

・Aluminum/copper alloy feeder heat insulation (sleeve)
- Sprue plugs (tap hole cones) for furnaces made of aluminum, copper alloys, etc.
