About This Product

■Energy-saving, high-efficiency VOC decomposition equipment (for work environments)

■Features

We have established a system that uses the electrical heating properties of SIC, a ceramic semiconductor, to heat gas to approximately 300°C, and then connects it to a catalyst filter to decompose VOCs with high efficiency. In this method, the gas passes through the heated honeycomb structure, so the heat transfer rate is faster than the conventional external heating method, making it possible to heat the gas in an extremely short time, compared to the conventional catalytic decomposition method using burner combustion. It is highly secure. The SIC honeycomb heater enables a streamlined connection system, resulting in a compact and energy-saving design.
