About This Product

■Features

- Infrared drying provides clean drying without darkening the inside of the furnace or the product due to soot caused by incomplete combustion in conventional combustion equipment. ・Using the air pusher system, the trolley is inserted and integrated with the workbench, allowing the trolley to rotate and work to be done quickly.

■Energy saving

・≪Temperature controller≫...When the temperature exceeds the set temperature, it will automatically stop lighting and perform relay control. ・≪Built-in microcontroller≫...The output of the infrared lamp can be adjusted. ・≪Solit relay control≫...The infrared lamp automatically flashes to stabilize temperature changes inside the drying oven. ・≪Warm air return function≫... Warm air is taken in from inside the drying oven and the air inside the oven is stirred. ・Insulation board is used inside the drying oven to improve heat retention.

■Easy to operate

Easy to operate by anyone. It has a safe design with a pusher emergency stop switch that can be operated by hand in case of failure to load the trolley, and an alarm buzzer to notify you in case of abnormal temperature.
