About This Product

45W SMD anti-surge high power resistor. ■Features/Applications ・Thin, compact, lightweight, non-inductive type, unique high-power chip surge protection resistor ・DPAK and foot pattern compatibility ・Unique shape with low reactance high frequency characteristics and excellent heat dissipation due to high thermal conductivity alumina ・The height of the resistor is extremely thin at 1.0 mm at the terminal surface, and a 0.8 mm ceramic substrate with high mechanical strength and high thermal conductivity is used. ・Inverter filter resistance, high frequency circuit termination, matching resistance, absorption resistance, switching power electronic equipment discharge resistance, surge prevention, snubber resistance, load resistance, emitter resistance *Other model numbers are available.
