About This Product

■Easy sealing with one action

・You can easily bond polypropylene, polyethylene, etc. with just one action of pressing a lever. ・Seal width is 2.0mm, seal length is 200mm. -Adjusts the dial (timer circuit) to evenly bond thin to thick items. ・The metal body provides outstanding durability and stability. ・Accessories: 2 heaters, 1 Teflon sheet

■How to use and guideline for adhesion

1. Insert the power plug into a power outlet (100V). 2. Set the scale on the heating time adjustment dial using the table below as a guide. 3. Place the part of the bag you want to glue on the Teflon tape and press the press lever until it clicks. 4. The heating indicator lamp lights up when the bag is crimped. The lamp will turn off after heating is complete. 5. After the heating indicator light goes out, press and hold the press lever for a few seconds, then raise the press lever. ・Do not raise the press lever immediately after heating. The adhesive surface will not harden sufficiently, resulting in an incomplete seal. - Always keep the press board and Teflon tape clean. If there is dirt, etc., it may not be possible to adhere completely.

■How to replace Teflon tape

Remove the tape stopper, align the center line of a new Teflon tape with the heater wire, and secure the tape stopper with the tape stopper set screw.

■How to replace the heater

1. Raise the press lever. 2. Remove the tape stopper set screw and remove the tape stopper and Teflon tape. 3. Remove the heater set screw and remove the heater. (When removing the heater, be sure to hold it firmly with your hands when removing it.The spring of the heater electrode may cause the heater to fly off and cause injury.) 4. Hook the heater stopper onto the heater electrode, secure the heater stopper on the opposite side with the heater set screw, and reassemble by reversing the disassembly steps. *Be sure to unplug the power plug from the outlet before replacing the heater. Doing so may cause electric shock.
