About This Product

■Process acrylic plates evenly and bend them neatly.

A heater dedicated to bending acrylic sheets. Equipped with a positioning plate and gauge, it is easy to hold and bend the acrylic plate. *Thermosetting resins (phenol, melanin, epoxy resin) cannot be bent.

■For temperature adjustment of acrylic bending heaters

By using the power controller PC-11 in combination, stable molding is possible by preventing overheating during continuous use. We can also process plastics other than acrylic resin. Built-in noise prevention circuit and fuse.

■How to use

① Loosen the thumbscrew and slide and secure the positioning plate according to the scales on the left and right gauges. ②Turn on the switch and the surface temperature of the heater will stabilize in about 20 minutes. Approximately 5cm at both ends of the metal part of the heater cannot be used. ③ Place the edge of the acrylic plate against the positioning plate, and heat the acrylic plate by touching the bending part of the plate to the top of the heater. ④While heating, check the condition by holding the edge of the acrylic plate and moving it up and down. Once the heating surface is soft enough to bend, bend it upwards to the desired angle. Remove the acrylic plate and let it cool naturally while maintaining the angle.
