About This Product

We are developing a "Liquid Loop" board with a built-in water cooling structure as a board technology that further improves the heat dissipation of metal-based boards. By incorporating flow channels into the metal base substrate, it is possible to significantly reduce the thickness and weight, as well as increase efficiency to maximize the performance of power semiconductors. Additionally, by being able to form wiring patterns on both the front and back sides, it is possible to design small, compact, and highly efficient power devices.
