About This Product
ZW3D Professional is a configuration for mold design and reverse engineering. In addition to standard functions, it is equipped with functions such as modules necessary for mold design, cavity/core division, parting line & surface, electrode design, etc.
■Significantly cut modeling time with powerful mold design support functions
- Compatible with surface product models (parting lines and nesting can be created even if they are not solid)
・Efficient modeling with automatic parting face creation function
・Can create cavity cores and slide inserts for imperfect shapes
・Creating cooling pipes using sketches and wire frames
- Possible to check for reverse slope.
■Electrode creation by face selection
・Quick electrode shape creation by face selection
・In addition to 3D offset processing, offset processing in 2D plane direction is also possible.
・Create an assembly model at the same time as creating an electrode blank.
- Electrode tables can also be created from 3D shapes.
