About This Product

Features

■NCVIEW TURNwatch is a solid simulator for 2-axis lathe processing.

-You can check the tool shape, tool path, and cutting shape of the workpiece. ・Functionality can be expanded by adding options to the main unit (basic module). Since it supports nose radius correction, even minute differences between the virtual cutting edge trajectory and cutting shape can be accurately expressed. Since the workpiece jig becomes a rotating body during rotation, the tool/holder interference check (optional) allows you to check for interference depending on when the tool is stationary or when it is rotating. Main standard features

・Up to 6 screen view window splits ・Locus display by type (tool, coordinate system, canned cycle, etc.) ・2D drawing comparison ・Program number list, cue execution ・Execute from any block ・Simulation stop condition selection - Set a breakpoint in any block ・Optional skip, M00/M01 stop ・Workpiece/trajectory virtual cross section display ・Mutual link between NC data and tool path, etc.
