About This Product
Thermography makes it easy to visualize temperature rises, but it is difficult to visually recognize temperature changes, temperature drops, and pattern displays. MCR Type D is a new differential measurement application that has the function of micro area measurement, inherits all the functions of the TD series, and has an improved GUI. Visualizes temperature drops and temperature change patterns with unique colors and gradations. In addition to evaluation based on temperature values, visualization of temperature differences allows failure analysis and confirmation/comparison of temperature changes.
Furthermore, it is possible to input CSV data such as cameras other than Thermal View X and simulation data. The functions installed in Type S and R are also available.
■Visualize temperature changes
Unique signal conversion processing allows normal thermal image display processing to be performed while performing temperature difference calculations. By visualizing changes and patterns that cannot be noticed with normal thermal images, new verification methods such as elucidating phenomena with unknown causes become possible. Simultaneous comparison with regular thermal images is also possible.
■Various temperature change visualization processing
Type D can create three types of differential thermal images, which can be selected depending on the purpose. Inter-frame differences, reference differences, and differential differences can be used to check different difference images.
■Image and convert the difference temperature between frames into data in real time
Displays the difference between the previous image and the next image and the temperature in real time. Equipped with a frame-to-frame difference function that does not miss a momentary rise in temperature or a momentary drop in temperature.
■Image and convert the difference temperature between the specified frame and the real-time frame into data in real time.
The reference thermal image is set as the zero point, and the difference from the current temperature is displayed. Only the areas where the temperature has changed since a certain point are highlighted, allowing you to intuitively understand the changes.
■Differential difference
You can display differential images for each unit of time (1s). It is used to check the behavior and condition of equipment and products, such as checking the temperature saturation state.
■Special differential temperature color makes it easy to visualize temperature changes.
Dedicated color tones are easy to understand for visualizing temperature changes, and Thermal View Color display with zero change and temperature automatically performed.
■Image and convert the difference temperature of stored data into data.
Differential data can be created not only in real time but also between saved data. It is possible to create differential data between different frames of a video or between separate data.
