About This Product
Microscopic temperature measurements, such as those within a 10 mm square imaging area and a 3 mm square heating area, can only be measured using microscopic thermography. With a thermocouple contact type, the thermometer is larger than the object to be measured, and a non-contact radiation thermometer cannot accurately aim at the object to be photographed. MCR Type S has all the basic functions required for microscope thermography. It has been used for many years in various situations such as research support, heat generation identification, failure analysis, etc.
■Best-in-class high resolution
Temperature measurements in minute areas cannot be performed unless spatial resolution is possible. The combination of image sensor, lens, calibration, and correction technology allows the Thermal View X MCR series to achieve the highest performance and high resolution. A variety of lenses can be selected from resolutions below 10μm, and calibration can be selected.
■Offset accuracy adjustment
Unlike the cooled type, thermography is usually more susceptible to the effects of the atmosphere, and as a result, the measured values may fluctuate. By adjusting the offset function to a separate reference temperature, temperature accuracy and temperature reproducibility can be improved. Since it is corrected for each sensitivity, it is possible to apply an offset to the entire range rather than simply adding or subtracting.
■It is possible to display and record videos in real time.
Two-screen display for quick comparison. You can display live images on the left and saved images on the right. It is possible to take a set number of still images continuously. You can take pictures of the temperature during operation like in a video, or select the best shot by taking several pictures at once like with a digital camera.
■Supports high temperature resolution in low temperature range up to 2,000℃ measurement.
XA6150 can measure up to 2,000℃. Function for thermal image measurement of high temperature phenomena in minute areas. Provides the dynamic range necessary for micro flash lamps, heaters such as ceramics, and melting of ultra-small metals.
■Output temperature information of specified points, lines, and areas to CSV in real time.
Thermal View X can continuously output all pixel temperature data of a thermal image as CSV. Each piece of data will be output to a separate CSV. This is used when you want temperature data for all pixels over time in CSV format, or when you want to use analysis software separately.
■Scale display
A grid-like scale can be placed on the screen to display the dimensions of the shooting range. When there are many objects to be measured on the screen, the distance and arrangement can be easily grasped.
