About This Product
Although it is a compact thermography microscope, it has a pixel count of 320x256, a resolution of 8.7μm, and a measurement pitch of 5.67μm, achieving the highest level of high resolution in the long wavelength band. High-speed 60Hz frame rate, measurement up to 100℃ and 400℃, uniformity correction due to environment can be manually corrected by the user. You can use various functions of Thermal View X App, and you can also change lenses.
■Achieving both low price and high sensitivity
This is a new model that has the same sensitivity as high-end non-cooled machines, but can be introduced at half to two-thirds the cost. Even if high accuracy is not required, this system is ideal for applications where you want to check the temperature distribution in a minute area or capture minute temperature changes.
■Select from 25, 17, 8.4µm resolution
Choose from a wide range of resolutions. If you want to capture a wide range of images, you can choose 25μm resolution, and if you want finer details, you can choose 5.7μm. 25µm and 8.4µm also support 400℃ measurement option. This is the highest resolution in the uncooled industry, approaching the diffraction limit.
■Uses high-quality microscope lens
Although the system is inexpensive, the key lens is a high-quality microscope lens designed for resolution and aperture (brightness). A germanium lens that achieves high resolution, low distortion, and low vignetting.
■High-speed Gigabit Ethernet communication
The camera communicates with the PC via Gigabit Ethernet to form a network. By using 1000Base instead of 10/100Base1 or USB2.0, high frame rates are achieved with 1 gigabit high-speed communication. Measurement via a router is also possible.
■Video shooting possible
It is possible to take a set number of still images continuously. You can take pictures of the temperature during operation like in a video, or select the best shot by taking several pictures at once like with a digital camera. Time is recorded to the millisecond for each frame. Afterwards, you can see when the frame was taken. The data can be changed to a general video file as an AVI file.
■Output temperature information of specified points, lines, and areas to CSV in real time
Thermal View Since the data is output to a single CSV file and the elapsed time is also saved, you can easily create graphs in Excel after saving.
