About This Product

Although it is a compact thermographic microscope, it has a pixel count of 640 x 512, a resolution of 28.4 μm, and a long working distance of 46 mm, and can also image a wide area of ​​18 mm horizontally. Can measure up to 400℃. Ideal for users seeking high resolution and shooting distance at low cost. Uniformity correction due to the environment can be manually corrected by the user. You can use various functions of Thermal View X App, and you can also change lenses.

■Best-in-class high resolution

This is a non-cooled type with the highest resolution and highest class of non-cooling type thermography, a specialized tool for microscopic area measurement. We offer a variety of lineups, from high-resolution measurements of less than 10 μm to types that can take high-resolution images of a wide range of 18 mm in width.

■Select from 28.4, 17, 13.5, 8.7µm resolution

Choose from a wide range of resolutions. If you want to capture a wide range of images, you can choose 28.4μm resolution, and if you want fineness, you can choose 11.3 (measurement pitch 5.7μm). High-definition measurement with 320,000 pixels. Also supports 400℃ measurement option. This is the highest resolution in the uncooled industry, approaching the diffraction limit.

■High-precision measurement using multi-calibration and correction technology dedicated to minute areas

Although the system is inexpensive, the key lens is a high-quality microscope lens designed for resolution and aperture (brightness). A germanium lens that achieves high resolution, low distortion, and low vignetting.

■High-speed Gigabit Ethernet communication

The camera communicates with the PC via Gigabit Ethernet to form a network. By using 1000Base instead of 10/100Base1 or USB2.0, high frame rates are achieved with 1 gigabit high-speed communication. Measurement via a router is also possible.

■Video shooting possible

It is possible to take a set number of still images continuously. You can take pictures of the temperature during operation like in a video, or select the best shot by taking several pictures at once like with a digital camera. Time is recorded to the millisecond for each frame. Afterwards, you can see when the frame was taken. The data can be changed to a general video file as an AVI file.
