About This Product

This is a thermography microscope that achieves a long imaging distance with micron-level resolution. Infrared microscope systems that capture thermal images at the micron level have a short imaging distance in order to obtain high sensitivity. However, when testing electronic boards or new materials, there are cases where a distance between the subject and the lens is required, such as when setting up a probe, irradiating a laser, or viewing an object inside a chamber using a microscope thermography. Thermal View X MCR-LWD was introduced as a dedicated machine for this purpose. ■Both long shooting distance and high resolution Measurement is possible with a resolution of up to 20μm and a shooting distance of 42mm, which is approximately twice the normal distance. This system is ideal for checking high-temperature phenomena at the micron level by applying laser irradiation or standing a probe. ■Select from 20, 25, 50, 100µm resolution Choose from a wide range of resolutions. You can choose a distance of 42mm for 20 microns, or 42mm for 100 microns. The shooting range varies depending on the resolution. You can choose a lens that matches the size of the subject. ■Uses high-quality microscope lens Although the system is inexpensive, the key lens is a high-quality microscope lens that provides a good balance between resolution, aperture (brightness), and shooting distance. A germanium lens that achieves high resolution, low distortion, and low vignetting. ■High-speed Gigabit Ethernet communication The camera communicates with the PC via Gigabit Ethernet to form a network. By using 1000Base instead of 10/100Base1 or USB2.0, high frame rates are achieved with 1 gigabit high-speed communication. Measurement via a router is also possible. ■Video shooting possible It is possible to take a set number of still images continuously. You can take pictures of the temperature during operation like in a video, or select the best shot by taking several pictures at once like with a digital camera. Time is recorded to the millisecond for each frame. Afterwards, you can see when the frame was taken. The data can be changed to a general video file as an AVI file.
