About This Product

■Fortis Elite

Reusable high performance temperature controlled packaging containers. Vacuum insulation packaging box x Available in 3 temperature zones It is an ideal cold storage box with air insulation material that enables temperature control during the harsh modes of international transportation. PCM cold storage bottles that can be used for freezing (-20°C), refrigeration (2°C to 8°C), and constant temperature (15°C to 25°C) are designed for each product size, and meet the ISTA7A standard of the International Safety Association. I am. The "Fortis Elite" product is a set that includes a vacuum insulation (VIP/PUR) cold box, a cardboard outer box, a PCM cold bottle, and an inner box. This cold box is more sturdy than Biofreeze and Sepio, reducing risks for customers when transporting high-priced pharmaceuticals. Additionally, the cold boxes and PCM cold bottles can be reused, reducing the environmental impact of the entire supply chain. ・Can maintain refrigeration (2℃~8℃) and low temperature (15℃~25℃) for 71~136 hours ・Keeps cool with thick Styrofoam insulation and water gel ice pack ・Various packaging sizes available, from a single tube to pallet-sized quantities ・Certified cold storage specification used by major couriers ・Validation data available (will be sent to customers who purchase)

■Characteristics of cold box

We use a vacuum insulation material called VIP (Vacuum Insulation Panel), which is ultra-thin and lightweight but has nearly 20 times higher insulation performance than conventional insulation materials, so there is no need to worry about cold air leaking during transportation. In addition, by using polyurethane (PUR), it is extremely strong and has high durability without worrying about breaking even if handled roughly. This material is suitable for temperature control and is also used in the manufacture of freezers, and because it is reusable, it is suitable for regularly transporting expensive and rare temperature-controlled cargo such as vaccines.
