About This Product

This is a device that pressure-bonds substrates such as printed wiring boards, films, etc. Pressure is applied using a hot plate heated with oil, steam, a heater, etc. to achieve highly accurate flatness. A hot press is a device that has a pair or multiple hot plates that are heated with oil, steam, a heater, etc., inserts the material between them, and heats or heats and cools the material while applying pressure, thereby crimping or forming the material. Due to its structure, it is suitable for applications such as uniformly pressing materials such as flat plates (adhesion), and is used for forming plywood and decorative boards, as well as copper-clad laminates and multilayer boards for printed wiring boards. Currently, the mainstream is a type that vacuumizes the inside of the device and heat-compresses it, with the main target being electronic components. Additionally, from the standpoint of production efficiency, a multi-stage system in which a large number of hot plates are placed at predetermined intervals is generally used.
