About This Product

This system cools the product outside the mold clamping device, making it possible to mold another product during the cooling process. Significant improvements in production efficiency can be expected.

■Effectively utilize cooling time to improve production

Cooling time takes up much of the molding cycle, but during this time the mold clamping device remains stationary and does not move. Continuing production during the cooling period greatly increases productivity. It is also very effective in improving the productivity of bioplastic products such as PLA and PBS, which take time to crystallize.

■Mold two different products at the same time with one molding machine

Since one molding machine performs molding in two molds alternately, it is also suitable for products that are a set of two molded items, such as a cup and saucer.

■Space saving and utility saving

By using J-Duo®, you can produce as much as two molding machines with the space, utilities, and operator required for one molding machine.
