About This Product

By building the magnetic clamper into the injection molding machine, additional options that were required with conventional magnetic clamper specifications are no longer required. *J-MAG® is an option exclusively for the small J-ADS series (clamping force 300kN to 1,800kN). A magnetic clamper can be built into the mold plate of the small J-ADS series. We support mold setup work without changing the standard specifications of the injection molding machine, and contribute to improving customer productivity by supporting high-mix, low-volume production of molded products and short delivery times.

■Magnetic clamper built-in structure

There is no need for ``daylight extension,'' ``long nozzle,'' and ``ejector rod extension,'' which are required with regular magnetic clampers, reducing installation costs.

■Can be installed on our existing machines

Since it is installed using the existing tapped holes in the standard mold board body, it can also be installed on existing machines already installed in the factory.

■Can be operated with one controller

The magnetic clamper can be controlled using the controller on the injection molding machine.
