■Features of crosshead
The flow path inside the head uses a spiral shape to make it more compact, save energy, and even out uneven parison thickness.
■Mold clamping device
We manufacture medium- and large-sized blow molding machines with mold clamping forces of 40Ton to 150Ton to suit each molded product. We also have hydraulic + electric and all-electric molding machines in order to support energy-saving and high-speed molding.
■High cycle molding
High-cycle molding is achieved using a low-temperature, high-output screw, air cooling system, etc.
■Integrated molding of built-in parts
Built-in parts can be integrally molded using two methods: ship-in-bottle molding and twin-sheet molding. It contributes to reducing rocking noise and gasoline permeation when molding high-pressure resistant fuel tanks for hybrid vehicles.
■Die slide wall thickness adjustment device
It is possible to adjust the circumferential wall thickness of the filler pipe.
