This is a large blow molding machine that manufactures PFT (fuel tanks for 4-wheel vehicles, fuel tanks for 2-wheel vehicles), filler pipes, etc.

■Overview of blow molding machine

Blow molding is a molding method in which molten resin is extruded from a die core to form a pipe called a parison, then air is blown into the parison in the mold to inflate it, form it, and remove it after cooling. In addition to manufacturing bottle containers for medicines, cosmetics, detergents, etc., plastic's features such as its light weight, high rigidity, and good cost performance have been praised, and it is being applied to various industrial parts, mainly automobile parts. It's spreading. Particularly in the case of automobile parts, it contributes to reducing carbon dioxide emissions through weight reduction.

Our company manufactures large multilayer blow molding machines, and Tahara Co., Ltd., a member of our group, manufactures small to large general-purpose blow molding machines. ・We can achieve the quality that meets your needs with our extensive testing facilities. ・We also boast a wealth of experience in multilayer molding, etc.

■Features of crosshead

The flow path inside the head uses a spiral shape to make it more compact, save energy, and even out uneven parison thickness.

■Mold clamping device

We manufacture medium- and large-sized blow molding machines with mold clamping forces of 40Ton to 150Ton to suit each molded product. We also have hydraulic + electric and all-electric molding machines in order to support energy-saving and high-speed molding.

■High cycle molding

High-cycle molding is achieved using a low-temperature, high-output screw, air cooling system, etc.

■Integrated molding of built-in parts

Built-in parts can be integrally molded using two methods: ship-in-bottle molding and twin-sheet molding. It contributes to reducing rocking noise and gasoline permeation when molding high-pressure resistant fuel tanks for hybrid vehicles.

■Die slide wall thickness adjustment device

It is possible to adjust the circumferential wall thickness of the filler pipe.

■Machine operation monitoring system

Visualization of machine operation contributes to improved productivity.
