About This Product

This is a resin lens molding specification used in smartphones, car cameras, etc. In order to achieve the high dimensional accuracy and transparency required for resin lens molding, it is equipped as standard with mechanical precision, precision control, and optical screws and cylinders that prevent resin burning and contamination. Furthermore, we have a wide range of optional equipment available to support special resins and perform more precise molding.

■Movable platen linear guide mechanism

Adopting a precision linear guide in the movable platen support prevents misalignment between the fixed type and movable type, and prevents the optical axis of the lens from shifting.

■Nozzle center touch mechanism

The injection unit moving device and injection cylinder are placed on the same axis to prevent the fixed plate from tipping over and to prevent the optical axis of the lens from shifting.

■Center support plate can be selected

You can select a center support mold plate that suppresses uneven deformation of the mold plate due to heat. By supporting the center of the mold plate, heat is transmitted symmetrically to the top and bottom, and the temperature distribution becomes even above and below, so deformation due to heat becomes even, and the parallelism of the mold plate is greatly improved.

■IWCS (Injection Weight and Cushion Stability)

In order to stabilize the weighed density every time, it is equipped as standard with a control that stabilizes the density of the molten resin stored at the tip of the screw after weighing. This is our unique control technology that is effective in reducing variations in product mass and cushion position.

■Synchronized temperature increase control

The temperature is controlled so that the nozzle and cylinder parts are heated up at the same time. Prevents resin burn and contamination due to rapid rise in temperature at the nozzle.
