About This Product

This is a high-speed, high-load injection specification that achieves both high-speed injection and long-term holding pressure. A wide variety of products can be molded with one molding machine, from thin-walled products that require high-speed injection to thick-walled products that require long-term holding pressure. We have achieved unprecedented injection and holding pressure performance using a dedicated servo motor developed in-house and our proprietary servo drive technology "J's Drive System®." *EHD：Extended hold & High speed injection Direct drive

■Achieving both high-speed injection and long-term holding pressure

By installing an optimally designed in-house servo motor, we have achieved both high-speed injection and long-term pressure holding performance. While it is capable of high-speed, precise injection that is unique to electric motors, it is also capable of molding thick lenses and other materials that electric motors are not good at.

■High response injection performance

By improving the followability of injection operation settings to three times that of the standard specification, finer adjustment of injection holding pressure conditions is possible. It is effective in areas where standard specifications cannot be fine-tuned and defects occur, such as resin leakage from film overhangs in film insert molding.

■J's Drive System®

By developing the servo amplifier, servo motor, and control all in-house, we have created a system that is optimal for injection molding machines.
