About This Product

The J-F series is an ultra-large electric injection molding machine that uses a two-platen mold clamping mechanism and has the shortest overall machine length in the industry. By electrifying all operations except mold clamping pressure increase, we have achieved accurate operations and a significant reduction in cycle time. This compact machine is capable of thin-wall, precision, high-cycle molding of large molded products.
 
■The shortest machine length in the industryBy adopting a 2-platen mold clamping mechanism, we have achieved the shortest machine length in the industry. The degree of freedom in factory layout is greatly improved.
 
■Improved productivity through high-cycle moldingThe industry's shortest dry cycle, comparable to a toggle machine, and a high-performance double-flight screw with high plasticizing capacity and high kneading capacity significantly shorten the molding cycle. Productivity is further improved by utilizing compound movements.
 
■Energy saving effect due to electric driveBy electrifying the operation and controlling the rotation speed of the hydraulic pump, we have reduced power consumption to less than half that of a fully hydraulic machine, and also significantly reduced the amount of hydraulic oil and cooling water used. It is also equipped with a unique power regeneration function to achieve further energy savings.
 
■New controller SYSCOM5000-2PWe have developed a new controller compatible with 2-platen super large molding machines. In addition to improving operability, it is equipped with various applications to meet a variety of needs.
 
■IoT solution provided by JSW [J-Wise®]J-Wise® is a general term for IoT solutions developed by our company. We aim to provide solutions that help improve our customers' productivity by focusing on four pillars (production management, service/maintenance, operation support, and production automation systems) for injection molding machines.
