About This Product

A granulator is a machine that mixes plastic resin raw materials and various additives to produce pellets, which are the raw materials for molding to make final products. It was mainly developed for plastic kneading (compounding) and granulation, and contributes to technological innovation and optimization of plastics manufacturing processes. CMP was mainly developed for polypropylene kneading, granulation, devolatilization, and in-line compounding, and contributes to technological innovation and optimization of plastics manufacturing processes.

■Improvement of processing capacity

CMP, which primarily targets polyolefin resins, can produce higher quality pellets with higher throughput.

■Flexible mixing mechanism

CMP has twin screws that rotate in the direction of engagement, and downstream equipment is arranged in a straight line. The process zone cylinder and screw elements are organized in blocks, allowing the user to determine the optimal process zone length for each specific process requirement. Additionally, by making the process zone longer, it is possible to eliminate the need for a gear pump or add a devolatilization function.

■Uniform mixing and optimal pellet quality

For excellent mixing performance in the screw mixing section, the kneading discs can be arranged in optimal combinations, resulting in optimal pellet quality.

■Expanding range of applications

We can utilize the advanced mixing technology we have cultivated in our compound business for our customers. By applying the latest kneading technology, we are able to achieve a wide range of mixing and dispersion performance, expanding the possibilities for further applications.

■Underwater granulator ADC

The underwater granulator features a high-speed opening/closing circulation box for a safe and easy start, an automatic pressing system for continuous good cutting, and internally insulated TiC that has excellent heat transfer efficiency and prevents the polymer from freezing in the die nozzle. It consists of a heat channel die plate and allows for completely continuous operation with no downtime.
