■What is GalWeld typeS?
Since this is a dedicated device for Panasonic laser resin welding machines, it is designed to bring out 100% of the galvano laser's ability. Equipped with a high-performance fiber laser oscillator with output stability of ±3% and a high-precision galvano scanner, it achieves stable production and high-quality resin welding.
■Characteristics of Hiroshima laser resin welding equipment
By accumulating detailed data such as laser conditions, pressurizing force, and sinking amount, it is possible to reflect the conditions of good and bad products during mass production. Additionally, during the product development stage, the product design can be modified to be suitable for laser welding.
■One control
Control of the VL-W1 and the device is unified, and all operations can be completed using the touch panel. Improved usability.
■Servo pressure
Unlike air cylinder pressurization, precise pressurization/holding control is possible. Integrated control of laser + pressure achieves more reliable welding.
