Equipped as standard with general-purpose equipment specifications required for machine safety and laser safety. This saves time in planning equipment and considering specifications, allowing mass production equipment to be introduced in a shorter period of time than before.

The laser head, controller, wiring, etc. are housed inside the housing. The overall size is also more compact and space-saving than conventional products.

An anti-slip specification that automatically checks the presence of workpieces and positional deviation by image judgment. Contributes to lower yield and cost reduction. The jig setup is easy and can be done in small lots.

Laser power, pressurizing force, and sinking amount are detected by various sensors to ensure product quality in-house. After setting the workpiece, it is fully automatic until welding is completed. It also contributes to labor savings.
