■Product overview

Oil mist and various dust generated during processing such as metal cutting, polishing and rolling can not only harm the health of the people working there, but also cause pollution such as air and water pollution. Our oil mist collector is a high-performance electrostatic oil mist removal device equipped with unique high-voltage technology that collects over 90% of 0.5μm particles, contributing to environmental improvement. A small mobile oil mist collector with a built-in blower. The power source is AC100V outlet type, and it comes standard with casters and handles, so you can move and install it anywhere you like.

■Product features

・Secures a high collection rate of 90% or more for fine particles of 0.5 μm. An ultra-high performance model with a collection rate of 99% is also available. ・Can also be used with water-soluble oil mist. ・Compared to other collection methods, because it is an electrostatic type, the pressure loss is low, and the pressure loss does not increase even with high concentration mist, so the fan size can be kept small and energy saving is possible. ・Even if there are fluctuations in input voltage or load current, the output voltage remains constant and a stable collection rate can be maintained. -Equipped with a differential pressure gauge and hour meter, so you can know when to perform maintenance and cleaning.

■Collection mechanism

The mist-laden air is pre-filtered to remove coarse dust and sludge, and the fine mist is sent to the dust collection unit. The mist particles become particles charged with positive ions in the ionization part, and are guided and collected by the negative ion plate in the collection plate part. The after filter prevents the absorbed mist droplets from scattering again and rectifies the air.

■Processing air volume and collection performance

・Processing air volume: By operating the air volume adjustment knob, you can adjust the processing air volume and wind speed. - Collection rate: The number of particles on the upstream and downstream sides is measured using a particle counter (OPS Model 3330), and the relative collection rate is calculated. When collecting high-concentration mist of 3 mg/m3 or more, we also offer a two-stage processing type that increases the number of dust collection units and increases collection efficiency.
