About This Product

■Product overview

This is a floor-mounted oil mist collector with a built-in blower.In addition to collecting particles using static electricity, it also has a built-in non-woven bag filter that collects over 95% of particles of 0.5μm.

■Product features

- High collection efficiency: The synergistic effect of electrostatic force + non-woven bag filter removes fine oil mist with high efficiency. Ensures a high collection rate of 95% or more of 0.5μm particles. ・Large airflow type: Since it is a large airflow type (2,400/2,800㎥/h, 50/60Hz), two polishing machines can be processed with one. ・Improves the working environment: Since oil mist does not float in the factory, it contributes to maintaining the health of workers. ・Excellent safety device: Equipped with an abnormal discharge detection mechanism to ensure safe operation.

■Collection mechanism

Coarse dust and sludge are removed from the mist-laden air in a demister beforehand, and the fine mist is sent to an ionizer. Mist particles become particles with positive ions in the ionization section, and are efficiently collected by a non-woven fabric bag filter. ・Wire mesh demister: Removes cutting/polishing sludge and oil droplets and rectifies airflow. ・Double ionizer: Turns fine oil mist into positively ionized particles. ・Non-woven fabric bag filter: Bag filters alone can only remove about 60% of 0.5 μm particles, but by positively ionizing the mist and collecting it, more than 95% of 0.5 μm particles can be collected.
