Our oil mist collector is a high-performance electrostatic oil mist removal device equipped with unique high-voltage technology that collects over 90% of 0.5μm particles, contributing to environmental improvement. A large oil mist collector suitable for workplaces and factories with relatively high volume ratios.

■Collection mechanismThe mist-laden air is pre-filtered to remove coarse dust and sludge, and the fine mist is sent to the dust collection unit. The mist particles become particles with positive ions in the ionization part, and are guided and collected by the negative polar plate in the collection electrode plate part. The after filter prevents the absorbed mist droplets from scattering again and rectifies the air.

■Catching performanceThe relative collection rate was determined by measuring the number of particles of each particle size in the upstream and downstream mist using a dust counter (counting method). The one-stage processing method is a standard method in which cells are arranged in one row, and the two-stage processing method is a method in which cells are arranged in two rows in series to increase efficiency. The wire mesh demister type uses a pre-filter and a wire mesh demister to collect water. Although the performance is inferior to electric type, it can be installed in a simple way.
