About This Product

The Adforce Division, which handles long glass fibers, manufactures grids made from woven glass yarns with a special coating to extend the life of pavement. By imparting tensile strength to the asphalt layer directly above it, it becomes less susceptible to deflection, delaying the appearance of fatigue-induced reflection cracks rising from the bottom of the pavement, cracks at the slab joints, and temperature cracks caused by low temperatures.

・This is a long-life grid that is trusted and has a proven track record and is the most installed in the world. (Cumulative total of over 100 million m^2 in 35 years of release) ・We conduct wheel load tests, bending tests, adhesion tests, and recyclability tests all over the world, and aim to increase lifespan by 3 times. ・It has the industry's highest level of tensile strength of 115kN/m and reinforces the layer directly above it. ・The patented special coating continues to protect the glass fibers without melting due to heat during paving, maintaining tensile strength. ・There is no need for special emulsions or fasteners, allowing for quick and easy installation.
