■Summary

The Asprova APS series is an APS (Advanced Planning and Scheduling) system that goes beyond the concept of traditional production schedulers and supports the entire long-term, medium-term, and short-term production planning including ordering, manufacturing, and purchasing. Asprova, a traditional production scheduler, only provided short-term scheduling functionality for manufacturing processes. Asprova APS has further expanded the functionality of this production scheduler. Asprova APS provides an environment similar to actual work, first performing annual planning and (3 months) production preparation through long-term scheduling, and then short-term scheduling in conjunction with this. We provide customers with advanced total lead time and inventory reduction effects.

■Asprova production scheduling function

This is a production scheduler that creates multi-product, multi-process production plans at ultra-high speed. While taking into account the load on machines and personnel, we create a production plan for each machine and each person in the factory from tomorrow onward with precision to the second, and output executable work instructions. . We create highly accurate production plans for several months in advance, achieve visual management, shorten manufacturing lead times, reduce inventory, improve on-time delivery rates, and promote increased profits for our customers. Asprova APS (renamed from "Asprova2003" in 2006) is even faster than the old ASPROVA Ver9. Scheduling speed for 100,000 jobs is approximately 4 times faster. This shortens the planning cycle and allows you to quickly check the latest status of the manufacturing site, which changes from moment to moment.

■Abundant GUI functions

Schedule results are displayed graphically in a Gantt chart for easy viewing, allowing for "visual management." You can see at a glance everything from the current progress status to production plans several months in advance, making it possible to respond quickly and accurately to delivery dates. Furthermore, we can prevent delivery delays by monitoring future schedules and taking proactive measures. Monitor bottlenecks and improve throughput. By monitoring the equipment load, it is possible to make an optimal equipment expansion plan, improving manufacturing investment efficiency.
