The emission timing measurement probe (O/E probe) is a unit that converts optical signals into electrical signals. Since the electrical output is a BNC connector output, it is possible to connect to an oscilloscope or data logger and easily observe the converted waveform. Additionally, since it uses an optical fiber input method for optical signal input, it is possible to easily acquire optical signals by simply pointing the fiber probe at the light source.
