Luminous flux measurement of optical characteristics and electrical characteristics online.
■Summary
This device, LSCM, rapidly measures and separates the optical and electrical characteristics of LEDs online in synchronization with the control signals of the inspection system of the LED production line. It is equipped with an inspection measurement function based on power supply and application conditions to the target, a measurement preparation function that automatically performs contact judgment and polarity judgment, and a pre-registration function of inspection conditions and judgment conditions. It is also possible to perform inspections according to the timing with the LED inspection system using the I/O control line.
