About This Product

ANCA's second generation Premierplus technology includes multiple design improvements to ensure consistent, efficient tool runout similar to existing shank tooling collet adapters. Furthermore, by more than doubling the clamping force, the tool is more firmly fixed during machining. Thanks to this increased clamping force, we see improved geometric consistency throughout the production batch. A hydraulic amplifier on the rear of the Premierplus adapter allows for more force when opening the collet.
