About This Product

MicroPlus is a high-precision workholding and tool support system that significantly reduces tool runout. The system includes two separate assemblies: the Flexi-Chuck provides effective workholding, while the Overhead Top Clamp Assembly (OTC) acts as tool support and guide. Together with the MicroPlus system, tool runout is suppressed to within 3 microns.

■Features

・Consistently eliminates both radial runout and axial runout ・Tool runout of 3 microns or less ・Ideal for production processing of Ø3mm – Ø8mm tools

■Tool runout of 3 microns or less

Consistent enough to provide tool runout of less than 3 microns

■Easy collet replacement

Uses a flat nose Schaublin W20 collet. Collet size is between 1mm - 13mm.

■Software setup

MicroPlus' automated setup assistant is included in ANCA's ToolRoom software.
