About This Product

AutoStick is ANCA's automatic wheel conditioning system for tool grinders. Automatic wheel conditioning improves the lifespan and grinding performance of resin-bonded wheels. If the grinding process continues, the grinding wheel will sag or become clogged. Conditioning a whetstone using a stick sharpens the whetstone and removes chips that are stuck in the grindstone's eyes, allowing the whetstone to grind more effectively.

・Whetstones placed on the whetstone pack can be conditioned quickly, easily, and automatically. ・Suitable for resin-bonded CBN and diamond grinding wheels ・Normal white stick processing of whetstones ・Easy to improve feed rate and shorten cycle time ・Extends the life of the grinding wheel ・Automation function: Reduce downtime during production ・Since the grinding wheel condition is maintained, the time during which unattended operation can be extended is extended. ・Improves safety for operators by eliminating manual operations Can be added to existing MX machines on site.

■The "Wheel Dressing" feature in ANCA's iGrind software gives you complete control and management of AutoStick geometry and includes the following features:

・Whetstone profile ・Whetstone speed ・Frequency of stick processing ・C-axis position ・Depth of stick processing (plunge/wipe) ・Correction for reduction in grindstone ・Selection of each surface of the grindstone (front, back, outer circumference) ・Whetstone position (3 o'clock or 9 o'clock) ・Functionality ·clean ・“L” clean ・Plunge ·wipe The combination of these features and software efficiently minimizes AutoStick material consumption.
