With one robot, ANCA's automatic grinding cell TXcell can automatically load the grinding wheel and workpiece. It is a very successful system for ANCA's customers who manufacture rotary cutting tools. By adding another robot to TXcell, the machine can be fully customized and secondary operations can be performed unattended.

■Features・Maximum output 37kW (49HP) Direct drive spindle with BigPlus arbor
・5 hard axes with 5 fixed axes, allowing universal grinding of complex shapes
・Customize dual robots to meet additional process needs

■Improve productivityThe main robot performs the main automation tasks such as wheel pack and workpiece changing. A second robot can then be configured to perform secondary functions, allowing for even more flexibility and productivity.

■Reduction of time and costThe secondary operations take place inside the robot cell and not inside the TX grinding machine, so overall time is not affected.
