About This Product

Completely designed and manufactured by ANCA, and using the latest technology from ANCA Motion, the AR300 loader is an excellent and cost-effective automatic tool loading solution for the FX5 Linear two-wheel change machine. This loader allows for quick tool loading. The AR300 loader can also be supplied for CPX Linear machines, but the arrangement of the clippers and the pallets used are different from those for FX Linear machines.

■Features

・Roadable tool diameter Ø2mm - Ø20mm ・Two sets of grippers allow for quick loading and unloading of tools to the collet. ・Tool loading/unloading cycle time 15 seconds

■Collet loading function

The AR300 loader, which can be added as an option to the FX5 Linear, is now also capable of collet loading. By simultaneously clamping collets and tools with a loading time of approximately 25 seconds, the AR300 robot provides the flexibility to load various types of tools on the same pallet in one setup and perform unattended machining. Nikken collets (KM and NK) are the solution when you want to machine tools of various sizes in one setup. ANCA's LoaderMate workstation allows you to enter machining parameters for each tool and also configure where each program is used in the loader. While the machine is running, you can prepare a mixed pallet of tools for next resharpening.

The robot loader fits completely within the machine canopy.
