About This Product

The TXcell Linear maintains all the features of the TX7 Linear, but comes standard with a grinding wheel pack with a maximum diameter of 300mm and a robot loader that can load tools. Instead of a grinding wheel pack, you can also add an end mill, polishing tool or deburring brush, or spindle speeder to further expand the applications and tasks possible with the TXcell.

・Equipped with linear motors on the X & Y axes ・Direct drive spindle with maximum output of 37kW (49hp) and BigPlus (BT40) arbor that provides high precision and high rigidity ・Integrated robot, can exchange up to 24 grinding wheel packs and up to 4 tool pallets

■Product details

The new TX Linear range represents a new industry standard for production grinding of cutting tools and components. With a large working space and a powerful spindle, the TX Linear line provides high precision and productivity for the widest range of applications.

■Control panel

It has space for a touch screen, USB port, and standard keyboard, as well as ergonomic adjustments to accommodate the operator's height.

■Large work space

The TX7 Linear can accommodate tools up to 400mm in length and 300mm in diameter, giving you the flexibility to take on any job.

■TXcell capacity option

TXcell is available in two sizes. The small robot cell is equipped with nine grinding wheel packs as standard, up to 14 as an option, and two pallet stations. The large robot cell is equipped with 9 grinding wheel bags as standard, and can be equipped with up to 24 as an option. Additionally, there are 4 pallet stations. Both TX grinding machines have similar configurations.
