The TX7 Linear is ANCA's premium grinding machine, suitable for a wide variety of difficult and demanding applications. Thanks to automation and a wide range of accessories, the TX7 Linear continues to be a machine that can meet the specific needs of future demanding grinding demands.
■Features
・Equipped with linear motors on the X & Y axes
・Direct drive spindle with maximum output of 37kW (49hp) and BigPlus (BT40) arbor that provides high precision and high rigidity
・Changer for 2 grindstone packs supports up to 4 grindstones for each arbor, up to a maximum diameter of 200mm
■Product details
The new TX Linear range represents a new industry standard for production grinding of cutting tools and components. With a large working space and a powerful spindle, the TX Linear line provides high precision and productivity for the widest range of applications.
■Control panel
It has space for a touch screen, USB port, and standard keyboard, as well as ergonomic adjustments to accommodate the operator's height.
■Large work space
The TX7 Linear can accommodate tools up to 400mm in length and 300mm in diameter, giving you the flexibility to take on any job.
■Loader option
Use the RoboMate loader to load rotary cutting tools into the TX7 Linear, and use the TXcell if you need additional loading capacity for tool and wheel packs.
