The MX7 Linear is a powerful and versatile CNC grinding machine designed to meet the demanding demands of grinding manufacturing. Manufactured to meet the demands of today's economic climate, high manufacturing efficiency, and precision manufacturing. The powerful 38 kW (51 HP) permanent magnet spindle can provide high torque at low speeds, making it ideal for carbide tools and various applications.

・Equipped with linear motors on the X & Y axes ・Permanent magnet spindle can provide high torque at low rotation speeds, making it ideal for carbide tools ・Proven design for symmetrical gantry ultra-high precision grinding

■Product details

The MX Linear series tool grinding machines are designed to meet the needs of tool production equipment for maximum production processing efficiency while maintaining the flexibility required by customers. The machine is equipped with a new technology cylindrical linear motor that allows you to achieve even higher precision and higher efficiency.

■Compact high rigidity design

Small footprint, large work space. During machining, minimizing axis travel leads to shorter cycle times.

■Automation options

RoboMate can be selected for high-volume production, and FastLoad-Mx can be selected for low-volume production.

■Whetstone changer

The MX5 comes standard with a whetstone changer for two whetstone packs, and the MX7 is equipped with a whetstone changer for six whetstone packs. Supports replacement of both the grinding wheel pack and coolant nozzle for maximum production efficiency.

■Maximum tool capacity (when using loader)
