About This Product
The ZER0-03 ultra-high-speed freezer is a liquid freezer that instantly freezes products by immersing them in ultra-low temperature liquid, but by introducing new technology (patented technology) for heat absorption and exhaust heat that removes heat from the product. Compared to conventional liquid cooling types, the heat exchange efficiency has been dramatically increased by four times, reducing uneven freezing, reproducibility after thawing, productivity per hour, and operating costs.

■Brine liquid temperature
Our freezer can lower the liquid temperature to -60 degrees without any restrictions. The operating temperature range of other companies' liquid-cooled models is -20 to 30 degrees. Currently, the newly designed brine solution (non-alcoholic brine) can handle temperatures down to -60 degrees.
■Comparison of production volume per hour
When compared to similar models from other companies, our freezers produce 8 times as much production as air-cooled machines and 4 times as much as liquid-cooled machines.
■ Comparison of waste heat efficiency of liquid cooling freezing
Our freezer has a high efficiency of exhausting heat from the brine liquid, which is approximately twice as efficient as other companies' liquid-cooled freezers. Therefore, the temperature rise of the brine solution when freezing products continuously is suppressed by about twice. Especially in areas of -30 degrees Celsius or higher, it has a heat removal effect that is more than three times that of other companies' liquid cooling.
