TOUGH PAK
■Complete functionality makes it “worker-friendly”Toughpacks do not require racks and can be stacked. This allows for flexible placement and greatly improves storage efficiency. Forks can be inserted into the pallet from four directions (front, rear, left, and right), making it easy to place it in the warehouse and load it into containers. It helps to effectively utilize space, improve work efficiency, and significantly reduce storage costs, thereby reducing costs.

The sleeve is equipped with a patented "lock function". A simple structure that lets you know when to open and close at a glance prevents you from forgetting to lock it. It also frees you from the complicated fixing work such as banding, taping, and nailing that is required with conventional shipping boxes.

The top surface of the lid and the loading surface of the pallet are made flat by using inner ribs. Improved cleaning and loading performance.

■Cost-friendly and environmentally friendly by reducing wasteBy integrating packaging for transportation and storage, it is possible to minimize packaging materials. There is also no need to use extra packaging materials such as stretch film or taping. There is no need for nailing or fumigation for wood packaging. Tough Pack is a returnable container that eliminates waste and contributes to reducing logistics running costs.

Toughpack does not produce packaging waste. It has high rigidity and can be used for a long time. The pallet and lid are made of highly durable polyolefin resin. In addition, the sleeve is made of 3-layer cardboard called "High Pull Ace." Even when the usage limit is reached, it can be reused without being discarded.
