■Different material buffer case

By combining different materials, which is a feature of TBM molding, it is possible to simultaneously mold the outer hard PP material and the inner soft elastomer material, making it possible to mold products that can be expected to have a cushioning effect without attaching cushioning material.

■Product features

・Lightweight and high rigidity. In the case of a case with a single-wall structure, the wall thickness must be increased in order to provide strength, but with a double-wall structure, it is possible to maintain sufficient rigidity while keeping the wall thickness low. ・Excellent cushioning properties. The hollow space between the outer and inner walls absorbs shock and protects stored items. ・Cost can be reduced by integrally molding the hinge. Blow molding can form a hinge structure during molding. In addition to the main body hinge, the latch can also be molded in one piece, reducing man-hours and the number of parts.
