In the pharmaceutical and semiconductor industries, which require a clean environment, the packaging materials needed in the manufacturing process must also be clean. Kyoraku has a bag making room with a class of 100,000 or less, so we can meet high quality demands. Additionally, we have a long track record of doing business with pharmaceutical manufacturers, and we also manufacture Tsume Monotubes (cushioning material for bottle containers), which are often used in pharmaceuticals.
■Clean materials
This is a safe film that is FDA/DMF registered. It is also possible to select additive-free grade raw materials that do not use additives.
■Strict inspection standards
Remove all visible fish eyes and carbide. This film is manufactured in a clean environment, paying close attention to the contamination of hair, insects, foreign objects, etc., and preventing the product from becoming dirty. (Bag making/inspection/packing class 100,000)
We manufacture bags using raw fabric using specific raw materials. Bags can be made in any size (up to 950mm product width) according to the user's wishes. If you require a special shape such as a ship's bottom or folds, please consult us separately. We are good at making total proposals for attached resin parts.
